INCLUSION IS THE NEW CURRENCY
The National Coalition of 100 Black Women co-hosted the Association for Enterprise Opportunity’s (AEO) Inclusion is the New Currency: Access to Capital Small Business Forum for minority women focused on microbusiness and microfinance. The Business Forum coincided with the Congressional Black Caucus Legislative Conference in Washington, DC and was designed to shine a spotlight on JPMorgan Chase’s commitment to supporting Black small businesses throughout the country.
The event featured “Fireside Chats” with African-American super-model Beverly Johnson and Latina media executive Nely Galan and showcased an expert panel of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) and entrepreneurs that have collaborated with, and benefited from, JPMorgan Chase’s significant investment in entrepreneurism.
The event was held at the Microsoft Innovation and Policy Center located at 900 K Street, NW, Washington, DC
